Our Story
Hi! My name is Michelle, I’m a momma of three, a wife, and tiny homesteader, with a passion for making baked goods filled with love and positive intentions. I have loved baking all my life, in my 20’s I baked for a local tea garden. After I suffered a stroke, my nursing career ended and baking became my coping mechanism. The last couple of years I have enjoyed baking for a lovely river front cafe. Now, I am a cottage baker, using my very loved chickens fresh eggs, baking everything from scratch with the best ingredients, including Callebaut Belgium Chocolates. Through their Cocoa Horizons programme, they partner directly with cocoa farmer cooperatives to only source 100% sustainable and traceable cocoa beans for the Callebaut cocoa liquor: the heart and soul of chocolate.
